Dylan attended Texas State University, where he served as a pitcher on the baseball team while earning his degree in exercise science. After graduating, Dylan continued pursuing his interest in sports, playing professional golf. After several years competing in mini-tours, Dylan decided to channel the discipline and work ethic he gained from athletics into another lifelong love: real estate.

Having seen the immense changes and growth Austin’s housing environment had experienced with the city’s tech boom, Dylan knew he wanted to be part of its future. Despite entering the industry at a challenging time—the 2008 recession economy—Dylan’s ambition and drive helped him find success almost immediately. Instead of discouraging him, Dylan saw the difficult landscape as an opportunity and closed almost $4.6 million during his first year in the business.

Dylan currently lives in Bee Cave with his wife Donise and their three children. Some of his favorite activities include playing recreational basketball at Hill Country Indoor sports complex and giving back to the community by volunteering with Mobile Loaves & Fishes food truck to benefit the homeless. He also serves on the board for the Watch Hill M.U.D.
