With over two decades of experience, Beth Fitzmaurice is one of the most trusted names in Austin real estate. Though she was born in Pennsylvania, she grew up about two hours outside of Austin in College Station. There’s nothing Beth loves more than introducing people to the area’s combination of small-town feel and access to a bustling downtown with big-city amenities. Whether you need a restaurant recommendation in North Austin or information about the school system in Cedar Park, are looking to buy a home in Leander or sell property in Georgetown, Beth can be your guide.
Beth began her real estate career immediately upon graduating from Texas A&M University by purchasing and managing eight duplexes. This experience with investment properties helped her to gain a valuable set of skills, including property maintenance, customer service, and fierce negotiation prowess.
Clients frequently note Beth’s organization, persistence, and attention to detail. She is committed to offering dependable, open communication as well as a warm, friendly approach. Beth’s love for connecting with people and passion for helping families find the right home for them shines through in everything she does.
When Beth isn’t working, she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with her husband and three children. Some of the family’s favorite activities include skiing and traveling. Beth is also very involved in bettering her community and raising awareness for causes near and dear to her heart. In addition to volunteering at the Austin Diaper Bank and her children’s schools, Beth is also currently on the board for Meredith’s Mission for Melanoma—a nonprofit dedicated to fundraising for melanoma and medical oncology research as well as providing guidance on how to prevent the disease and support others in their fight against it.
