Welcome to Lakeway

High-end resort lifestyle in beautiful neighborhoods with stunning lake and greenbelt views

Composed of beautifully master-planned neighborhoods set along rolling hills with greenbelt views that border the south shore of Lake Travis, Lakeway, Texas is a prestigious luxury resort community that has something for just about every age group and family size. Founded on the site of a 2,700-acre ranch, just 25 miles west of Downtown Austin, the village of Lakeway was incorporated in 1974. Lakeway is a golfer’s paradise due to the diversity of luxury golf clubs in the area. Living in Lakeway also comes with tennis courts, a full-service hotel and spa, a private airport, hundreds of acres of parkland, trails, greenbelts, and a 65-mile-long lake.

Located off FM 620, the commute to Downtown Austin is just a quick 30-minute drive from Lakeway, though the city maintains a full-service government of its own—including its own police and fire departments, as well as its own medical facility. Architectural styles can vary between sub-divisions—most homes in their respective gated communities are custom built to take advantage of their surrounding nature.

Architecture ranges from modern farmhouse to contemporary Spanish-Mediterranean villa-style homes.

  • Falconhead: This private community is composed of newer developments with single and multi-level floor plans, vaulted cathedral ceilings, and stone and stucco masonry exteriors set on oak tree-covered lots with stunning greenbelt views.

Many floor plans feature vaulted ceilings, three- and four-car tandem garages, and multiple balconies.
