The Pointe at Lake Pointe is a highly desirable, small pocket neighborhood with beautiful custom homes on the cliffs of Lake Austin. There is access to a Day Dock with hiking trails, waterfalls, it's a hidden treasure! Close to grocery shopping, the Hill Country Galleria, and away from Lakeway traffic-the location is ideal and the neighbors are wonderful! This home has a side-entry garage with a gated driveway, so you never have to see cars parked out front. The backyard is a must see with all the amenities out there, plus dense landscaping that gives you privacy from neighbors. The multiple fountains/water features create a great environment for entertaining or just solace while the sun sets. There is a TV out there plus speakers for music-people always marvel at the pool area and remark how fabulous it is. Plus there is a large yard so that kids still have room to play (if they aren't in the pool). The backyard faces East, so the afternoon sun is never a factor to enjoy sitting outside. You can see storms rolling in over the hills and we often see the most magnificent rainbows from the upstairs deck. The outdoor living here can't be beat! Inside, there is so much space for the whole family. Several game rooms/family rooms ensure that everyone has solitude if they want it. The open layout downstairs is perfect for cooking while talking to guests or watching TV; there is so much room for everyone to sit and relax and eat.
